Shipping policy

We currently ship to only selected international locations outside of Singapore.  For local orders in Singapore, delivery service is NOT available and collection can be made at 190 Middle Road, Fortune Centre, #03-14, Singapore 188979.

Orders are expected to be produced within 3-8 weeks after receiving full payment and complete order details (including birth details).

You will receive a tracking number once your item has been shipped.

International delivery time depends on location and may take 7–21 business days subsequent to the completion of the product order.
