Each talisman is custom-made and blessed, based on your individual birth chart. As such, we do not offer exchanges or returns or refunds.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product with photo proof. We will offer a replacement or alternative solution on a case-by-case basis.
